had a good day i have mondays off work there my days to my self. went to the gym then caught up with the mother inlaw and had coffee. and she paid our electrisity bill because the house morgage makes us so broke. shes such a lovley lady she paid our water bill to the other month. i think im going to have to try and pick up more hours with work. so we dont battle so much but it is hard with this disorder copying with it and the symtoms. will see how i go. xo

to day is good as well. im waiting for my sexy husband to hurry up in the shower hes having a shave. hes 27. so we can go do some food shop for his work food. and then i can come back home and watch one of the harry potters its sunday here. the other week we had a harry potter marathon i think we got to watch 6 of them or 5 not shore. so i better keep watching befor i fore get. as you can most likly tell by my writting im in a clear head good mood. love ya all xoxo

ive been in a pritty stable mood for about 10 days. but i know its only around the corner before i fall on my butt again for a few days. but am enjoying it why it lasts. and usally from taking notice of my symtoms. usaly just as im haveing a good run i think arr things are going to be all ok and then boom i get deprested again. i cant tell how tomorrow will be. but lets just take it as it comes and be positive why its is all good. thats why you find some times i get on here a few times a day and others i dont get on here for a few days. because some times i like to for get and ignough that i have cyclothymia when im all positive and feeling good and then other times i love getting on here and reading and talking its a place to get away. and some times when im on it remindes me of my illness and makes my mind go into over drive and anylise every thing. so depending on my mood. this can be a good place to come and also not. but when its not i just stay away. i did have a snappy morrning but all good now and feeling relaxed. i think because i forgot to take my mood stabilizers i took them to late so that could of been why i was snappy to.

went to work showered a 99 year old lady. god i love her she makes me happy she dose so well for her age. then back home. later i have to pick my husband up from work because he lost his license. it was because some one didnt own up and take responsibility for there own actions because they were on a suspended sentanse so this other person would of gone to jail. we did fight it for 18months but got to expensive and didnt have enough evidense. so that a big bummer at the moment. and befor this he didnt have a record my husband was squeekky clean.so now we got fines and a fence to pay for that he didnt do. so after i pick him up we will go to my dads why were in town. because hes moving out tomorrow he sold up and is moving 300 klm away from me to be closer to my younger siblings and have more custedy. so its a sad week because this house use to me my nans house then when she pased away my dad payed his brother and sister out to keep the house. then his wife took off after having 3 kids and hes had to sell to pay her out but it went ok payed her out and dad had enough to by house out right up were they moved to with nice big pool. just going to miss this house were i grew up its home. so have to pick a few little things up be4 tomorrow. and dad wants me to be there with him when he locks up and hands keys in. so a sad day is coming hope it dosnt set off a deprest mood for the next few day just trying to stay stong and think in my head its not happening.
